This is the main town on the island, full of historical sites such as the Frankopan Castle and the Krk Cathedral. The town also has charming narrow streets, local shops, and restaurants.

This old town, perched on a cliff with views over the Adriatic, is famous for its wine production, especially the white wine called Žlahtina. You can visit local wineries, taste wine and enjoy traditional Croatian cuisine.

Krk island has numerous beautiful beaches. Besides Baška Beach, some of the other popular ones include Porporela Beach in the town of Krk, and Vela Plaža Beach in Baška.
